Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: honeydew cooler and protein burger from in n out
Dinner:
porterhouse steak and asparagus
 
Snack: mini twix bar, 2 thin mints
Snack: 3 Slices of Cheese Pizza

Water: 96 oz
Exercise: 5-7 mile bike ride on the Newport Back Bay Trail
