Day 11 of 30 day fitness challenge

Workout went well, but I didn't get through the last 2 exercises.  So I basically did 2 full rounds and 1/2 a 3rd round.  My body was ready to give out.

Weight: 243.6

Breakfast:
Generic Fruity Pebbles w/ Milk
 
Lunch:
Beef w/ Onions and Cauliflower Mash
 
Dinner:
Salmon and Cauliflower Mash
 
Water: 96 oz
Exercise: Arms, Triceps and 20 min Ellipitical
