Slow carb diet day 5
Weight: 251
Breakfast: egg whites, mushroom, tomato, bacon omelette with lentils
Lunch: lettuce, tomato, bologna and lentils
Snack: Granola bar
Dinner: steak with onions and cauliflower
Water: 72 oz
