OMG I've been craving sushi all this week. Always been a fan of cut rolls but never just the fish itself, but boy have I been craving Salmon sashimi, hahah. I'm having dinner w/ my Great Grand, who's back from studying abroad in London, so I convinced her to get sushi for dinner tonight. Just gotta remember not to over do it, use low sodium Soy Sauce and try not to eat too much rice. I usually have rice for lunch, but since I'll be having it in my spicy tuna roll I'll cut the rice out for lunch and have it for dinner. I looked at the menu already so I won't be tempted to get other things. Tonight I will have salmon sashimi and 1 spicy tuna crunch roll. Definitely gotta hit the gym afterwards. But so glad to see my GG and have sushi, heheh.
Breakfast: Whey Protein Shake
Snack: Cereal
Lunch: Vegetables - Zucchini, Celery, Tofu
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Salmon Sashimi and Spicy Tuna Crunch Roll
Exercise: Day off
