2 HRS!

Why did it take us almost 2 hrs to get home last night from work? Thank God I asked my dad to drive home that night. We left by 6 and didn't get home til close to 8. Which made me have a late dinner, which then lead me not to hit the gym. So no worries, I did still get some exercise by doing my laundry and cleaning my room. Any movement is exercise!

Get to meet up with Marilyn tonight! Dinner and maybe a little shopping, woohoo!

Breakfast: Whey Protein Shake
Snack:
Lunch: Rice, Vegetables, Chicken
Snack: Cereal
Dinner: Souplantation - Salad, Wheat Pasta, Baked Potato, Blueberry Muffin, Small Cone
Exercise: Medicine Ball, Walked w/ Marilyn
