Start again

So this past week I haven't done much exercise cause I was sick, but I can feel myself making excuses and getting lazy again. Eating right isn't the only thing you have to do in order to lose weight. Gotta continue working out. Tricia's wedding is coming up sooner than I think. I need to fit into that dress so I can get it shortened to tea length. That's prob the only thing I'll change about it, cause I actually like the sleeves alot.

Breakfast: Half Banana and Sausage Egg Mcmuffin
Snack: Trail Mix
Lunch: Rice, Tomatoes, Beef, Tofu
Snack: Trail Mix
Dinner: Rice, Fish, Broccoli
Exercise: Almansor Park!
