Almost didn't hit the gym last night. But, I got myself out of my cozy bed and drove my ass to the gym. Thank god I already put on my work out clothes right when I got home from work. That definitely helps motivate me and having 3 people to remind you to go to the gym, hahah.
Breakfast: Special K Cereal
Snack: Granola Bar
Lunch: Rice, Crab, Vegetables, Meat
Snack: Trail Mix
Dinner: Bowl of Cereal
Exercise: 3 Laps around Almansor and crunches
