Start again
So this past week I haven't done much exercise cause I was sick, but I can feel myself making excuses and getting lazy again. Eating right isn't the only thing you have to do in order to lose weight. Gotta continue working out. Tricia's wedding is coming up sooner than I think. I need to fit into that dress so I can get it shortened to tea length. That's prob the only thing I'll change about it, cause I actually like the sleeves alot.

Relax
Yes, I'm pretty much over my cold. Thank god, this time it was minor not like last year where I had the flu and had a fever for over a week and I swear I started hearing voices. But I'm feeling much better today. This weekend is more relaxing. Tonight dinner at the Kyoto Grand Hotel for my grand's crossover formal, Hanging out with Rocco on Saturday, and celebrating Chinese New Years Eve w/ my family on Sunday.

Long Weekend
Dinner w/ Marilyn was soo much fun. We walked from Marc's place to souplantation. I wish I lived in the area. I REALLY want my own place. Bought a medicine ball and 2 ankle braces. Realized I only pay 30 for the medicine ball cause it was on sale! WOOHOO. It's my new weight training toy.
So much going on the rest of the weekend. I gotta take advantage of walking around and doing a lot of dancing at the wedding.

2 HRS!
Why did it take us almost 2 hrs to get home last night from work? Thank God I asked my dad to drive home that night. We left by 6 and didn't get home til close to 8. Which made me have a late dinner, which then lead me not to hit the gym. So no worries, I did still get some exercise by doing my laundry and cleaning my room. Any movement is exercise!

Happy B-day El, Minette, and Roxy!
I didn't end up exercising last night cause I got caught up watching biggest loser and Law and Order. But I will hit up the gym/park tonight. No excuses.
Somethings wrong w/ my lips they are swolen like when I'm out in the sun. I really need to get insurance so I get tests done maybe I'm allergic to something and just don't know it. It's so ugly, hopefully it calms down by this weekend. =(

Happy 32nd B-day Orlando Bloom!
On the town was FANTASTIC! It was amazing watching it on the big screen. Put a big smile on my face. Oh how I miss dance so much. I actually have been perusing the internet and found a dance studio that has open classes for different levels. It's called Hype Studios. Only problem is its in torrance. So we'll see. Maybe after I get in the routine of exercise, I'll add dance to it cause I'd definitely love to get back into it. Id love to do lyrical or contemporary jazz, maybe a lil hip hop, but I'm definitely leaning more towards jazz. I didn't get home til around 11, so I opted not to hit the gym, I was pretty tired. I didn't get to eat dinner because we ran late to the movie. Made it just in time. So I had a little trail mix when I got home, but thats it.

On the Town
So excited for tonight. I get to see my most favorite musical on the big screen. AFI picked On The Town as their top 100 musicals and they are having a special screening of it at the Arclight at the Sherman Oaks Galleria. This movie is what started my love for musicals. If you get a chance to check it out I definitely recommend it.

Drained
Dinner/bowling was a lot of fun. I originally planned to get the macademia crusted halibut, but last minute got the Brie Melt Burger. It was pretty good, but probably less healthy than the halibut. Oh well, I'm still happy w/ my choice. My first game at bowling I didn't do to well, guess just warming up, but I did end up breaking 100 on my second game.
My head has been hurting a lil. I hit the back of my head when Tricia hugged and tackled me. She accidentally pushed me up against the couch and the corner hit the bottom part of my head, where the head and neck meets. I was a little worried, but I should be ok. Its just a little sore, but then again my whole body is a bit sore from bowling, hahah. I slept too much and now feeling drained. But can't wait for tonight! What to wear?

I love Trader Joes
After dinner w/ GG I went to Trader Joes to pick up some snacks and healthier foods. I couldn't believe I only spent $40 for the amoutn of stuff I bought. I printed some really good, but healthy quick recipes from online, so hopefully I'll get to try some out this weekend. I took a day off from exercising last night. But getting on the wagon again this weekend.

Sushi Craving
OMG I've been craving sushi all this week. Always been a fan of cut rolls but never just the fish itself, but boy have I been craving Salmon sashimi, hahah. I'm having dinner w/ my Great Grand, who's back from studying abroad in London, so I convinced her to get sushi for dinner tonight. Just gotta remember not to over do it, use low sodium Soy Sauce and try not to eat too much rice. I usually have rice for lunch, but since I'll be having it in my spicy tuna roll I'll cut the rice out for lunch and have it for dinner. I looked at the menu already so I won't be tempted to get other things. Tonight I will have salmon sashimi and 1 spicy tuna crunch roll. Definitely gotta hit the gym afterwards. But so glad to see my GG and have sushi, heheh.

Bridal Expo
Met up w/ the girls at the OC Fairgrounds for a Bridal Expo. There were desserts everywhere. So tempted to eat everything. Ended up eating a small cake and little red velvet cupcake.

Disneyland
Decided to meet up w/ my lil and her mom and brother at Disneyland.
Met up w/ Rocco at the IHOP across the street from Disneyland for breakfast. I had the Breakfast Temptation Omelette, which came w/ Pancakes. I ate a lil more than half the omelette and a quarter of the pancakes. Usually I would eat the stack of pancakes, but I watched it and it helped that Rocco started to pour hot sauce and all different kind of condiments on the pancakes to keep me from eating it, ahaha.
Afterwards, I met up w/ Kim and her fam. Disneyland was crazy! They waited in line for an hr just to buy tickets. When we got inside it wasn't so bad. Lines weren't too long. We got to go on Astro Blasters, Small World, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, and Big Thunder.
