New Year

It is now 2010. A whole decade has past and it's time to start fresh again. A lot has happened in the past year, both good and bad, but now its time to start all over again with new goals or get back on track w/ old goals. I started this blog awhile back to get back into shape. After the weddings I lost track of that and have totally gotten of course. Now its time to stop being lazy and be more healthy. I'll be 30 in a year and a half and I need to use this time while I'm still young to get off my ass and start working out.

I'm not saying I won't struggle through it. But with enough determination and the support my friends give me every day, I will get to my goal weight. Its time to get focused and find that right balance so I can maintain my weight loss.

Weight, BMI to come. I will do that tonight after I hit the gym.

Snack: Lightly Salted Kettle Chips
Breakfast: Cereal w/ Milk
Lunch: Cereal w/ Milk
Dinner: 2 Fresco Grilled Steak Soft Taco
Snack: String Cheese
Water: 1.5L
