Chinese food so good yet so unhealthy at times

Yesterday was my uncle's bday so the family went out to eat. We had chinese food shanghainese style. Stayed away from rice, had a little chicken, a shrimp, but then the fried fish wrapped in seaweed came out and I couldn't resist. Another thing was the steamed beef dumplings. I was doing so well until those two items came out. I just gotta work it off. Drank lots of tea and looking forward to hanging out w/ my lil sis Trisha and attending hip hop w/ her tonight.

Breakfast: Chinese Egg Pancake
Snack: Small Wheat Pita w/ hummus
Lunch: Cereal w/ Milk
Snack: Cookie
Dinner: Lemon chicken soup, gyro pita, baklava from daphne's
Water Intake: 2L
Exercise: Hip Hop
