This weekend was great. Things I realized, exercise makes a difference and I need to be a little less anal on what I eat because I'm actually making myself eat less than what my calorie intake should be. I just gotta remember the key is more meals "smaller portions" and EXERCISE!!! Oh and I need to drink more water!
