Day 16 of 30 day fitness challenge

Got to take Anthony's last hip hop class at YNS last night.  It was a lot of fun, he taught one of my favorite dances that he's choregraphed.

Turkey Bacon, Tomato, Basil Omelette
Lunch
Pork Chop w/ Tomato Gravy and Beans
Dinner:
Hot and Sour Soup

Exercise: Rest Day
