Monday:
  • Hip Hop Class
Tuesday:
  • 30 Min Elliptical + 5 min cool down
Wednesday:
  • Stretch/Warm Up
  • 3 sets of 12 of the following:
  • Rowing
  • Shoulder Press
  • Bench Press
  • Leg Press
Thursday:
  • Hip Hop Class
Friday:
  • 30 Min Elliptical + 5 min cool down
Saturday:
  • Stretch/Warm Up
  • 3 sets of 12 of the following:
  • Rowing 
  • Shoulder Press
  • Bench Press
  • Leg Press
