Finally got through week 1. I did ok. I didn't lose a whole lot of weight, but I did start exercising more. I gotta start watching what I really eat. No more French Fries for right now. Those are killer for me. And definitely gonna try my best to stay away from anything fried. But overall I had a good week, but most especially weekend. Friday I hit the gym, Saturday spent the day with my sister in law, and Sun got to hang out with my lil sis, Kim, who sadly will be leaving me for a whole yr to teach in Taiwan. I'm so excited for her though, she loves to travel and being a recipient of the Fullbright Scholarship is AWESOME!
I'm gonna change it up a little. Every Monday I'll be updating not only my weight, but my BMI and inches around my body, just to push me a little more because I know weight can be deceiving. Seeing loss in inches in my body every week will also be great motivation!
