I'm doing pretty good! Last night, did a few laps around the track at Almansor. On my 4th lap I jogged and oh my god I thought I was gonna pass out. I was pumped and towards the end I just lost all my energy. Thank God it was the last lap.
Breakfast: Sinigang (no rice), Almonds
Lunch: Sinigang w/ Rice
Dinner: BBQ Ranch Chicken Chopped Salad
Exercise: Walked around the mall
