Alright...so its been awhile since I've last written on this thing. I'm finally back on the road again to get healthier. Took a little detour after going to cabo. But now I have Vegas coming up for Marilyn's Bachelorette, Summer, My 28th B-day, and Marilyn and Marc's Wedding to get healthier again.

Breakfast: Sausage Egg McMuffin, OJ
Lunch: Lil Rice, Spare Ribs, Cabbage, Soup, Wintermelon
Dinner: Chicken, Almonds
Exercise: 5 Laps around the park
