Day 18
OK...so I almost passed out a few times during Hip Hop Class. Might be the fact that I didn't eat dinner. But good thing I know the feeling and I know what to do when my head starts feeling cloudy. Class was fun, but I had to step out a few times to get air. Kind of had a headache when I got home. Note to self...always eat something, even if its just a little snack!

Day 16
Starting off on another good week. Monday didn't count for me cause it was Holiday and internet was down. But I had a fantastic Memorial Day. Rocco and I hung out cause it was our yr anniversary since we met. We had brunch with, Tricia and Jonas, Cheryl and Nate, Diaz and Hua (hope I spelled her name right), and Greg and Tam! Glad I didn't show up alone, heheh. It was fun sitting around with everyone and the Crepes were delicious! It was the first time for Rocco to try Crepes and he liked it alot. Afterwards, we went to home depot to buy a garbage disposal so he could remove the broken one at our house. He fixed it real quick and we jsut hung out w/ my mom and dad for a bit watching Paula's Best Dishes. Before he left we were a little hungry so we grabbed some food before he headed home. Overall a wonderful memorial day!

Sad...my phone is on the fritz right now. Apparently the USB port is failing to work. So I'm getting a new phone FedExed to me because they had no more Silver ones in stock. So for the time being my phone does still work, but the battery doesn't last very long. What can you do? Thank god it happened before my 1 yr manufacturer warranty expired.

Week 2, Day 8
Finally got through week 1. I did ok. I didn't lose a whole lot of weight, but I did start exercising more. I gotta start watching what I really eat. No more French Fries for right now. Those are killer for me. And definitely gonna try my best to stay away from anything fried. But overall I had a good week, but most especially weekend. Friday I hit the gym, Saturday spent the day with my sister in law, and Sun got to hang out with my lil sis, Kim, who sadly will be leaving me for a whole yr to teach in Taiwan. I'm so excited for her though, she loves to travel and being a recipient of the Fullbright Scholarship is AWESOME!
I'm gonna change it up a little. Every Monday I'll be updating not only my weight, but my BMI and inches around my body, just to push me a little more because I know weight can be deceiving. Seeing loss in inches in my body every week will also be great motivation!
