Tonight I'll be babysitting jack with Rocco. Since I can't make it to the gym I'll be doing exercises I can do around the house or yard. Lunges, jumping jacks, sit ups, etc.
Breakfast: 8 oz protein shake
Snack: Handful of Kettle Corn
Lunch: 2 pcs fried chicken (Wing and Thigh)
Snack: apple
Snack: yogurt
Dinner: In n Out Cheeseburger and Fries
Water: 48 oz
