TGIF!

Great news...I found out that since LA Fitness bought out Bally I can now attend any LA fitness.  LA Fitness offers Zumba Classes so I'm finally gonna get a chance to do Zumba.  Now I have Zumba Class Wednesday and Saturday!

Jumping Jack Tuesday

Tonight I'll be babysitting jack with Rocco. Since I can't make it to the gym I'll be doing exercises I can do around the house or yard. Lunges, jumping jacks, sit ups, etc.
