Wow...Overboard

Time to really take it seriously. I've already gained back almost everything that I lost almost 5 yrs ago when I went to China. What's sad is that I'm feeling it too. My back is beginning to hurt because of the weight. I'm hoping w/ some changes I'll take exercising an eating healthier more seriously. I don't want a chance of a heart attack in my early 30s. Its time to make a change. I promise to myself that I will do some kind of activity everyday starting today whether it be hitting the gym for an hr or even taking a walk for 30 min. As long as I do some sort of activity everyday that already changes my routine and brings back exercise in my life.
