Starting Over

So it's time to start my health kick all over again. This past back injury definitely opened my eyes to taking care of my body better. As I get older my body is more prone to injury a lot quicker than i was younger. So its time to kick it back into gear.

Yesterday:
Breakfast - Goldfish and Water
Lunch - Rice, Fish, Mushrooms, Veggies, 1 pc of bbq pork
Dinner: Non Fat Yogurt and Banana

Today:
Breakfast - Goldfish and Banana
Lunch - Rice, Fish, Veggies, Pork Chop, Soup
Dinner - Goldfish, Big Peach, Banana

Weight - 448.8
BMI - 41.4
Neck - 16.5
LArm - 19.5
RArm - 18.5
Chest - 49
Waist - 49.25
Hip - 50.25
LThigh - 29.25
RThigh - 28.5
