Apidexin Day 1

I decided to get my ass in gear back into shape and I needed something to help me kick start it. I started looking into different diet pills, like alli, quick trim, clinicallix and others. After reading consumer reviews I finally decided on Apidexin.

I've taken Metabolife in the past during HS. First month was go, but after that I ad to stop cause I got really Jittery.So I'm gonna be very cautious when taking this diet pill.

Today will be Day 1. Instructions says to take it twice a day 30 min before breakfast and lunch. Today I will only take one 30 min before lunch to see the reaction my body will have to the pill and I will work from there. I will also start watching my food intake and do at least 30 min to and hr of exercise a day.

Just took my first Apidexin pill at 12:35 p.m. I'm feeling good. Just wondering if I might be psyching myself out since I've taken diet pills before. You know when someone says I feel like a bug was on me and then you start feeling itchy because someone else says they feel itchy. I'm worried that because I've had the shakes before I'm anticipating it and might be imagining it but really I'm not, hahah. I guess we'll see. All the consumers say to drink plenty of water to avoid that feeling. So drinking lots of water I shall do!

Lunch: Rice, 2 pcs of short ribs, 5 shrimps

Got a burst of energy after lunch. Wasn't jitters but I felt like I wanted to do 10 things at a time, hahah. But my brain wasn't catching up so quickly.

Dinner: Banana

Water: 5 bottles of water
