I admit I haven't really been watching what I've been eating and haven't exercised this week. I'm gonna go to the market over the weekend so I can better prep what I eat for the week. Living so far from work doesn't help w/ saving money cause I manage to always grab something on the go cause the drive is so long from work to home in traffic. But I can't keep making excuses.

Apidexin Day 3
I'm having a bit of an off day...Must eat a Full breakfast prior to taking 2nd pill. I only had a banana this morning and I'm feeling it a little after taking the 2nd pill. Its nothing crazy like jitters, but I do feel off.
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: 6 in Italian BMT and 3 cookies
Dinner: Chili Cheese Fries
Water: 4 Bottles

Apidexin Day 2
I decided to try taking the pill as directed since no bad side effects occurred. I took it this morning 30 min before breakfast and 30 min before lunch. And still doing well. No shakes or jitters just a burst of energy which is good since I was up all night sneezing due to my allergies. I didn't go to bed til close to 4.
Breakfast: Bean & Cheese Burrito
Lunch: Rice, Beef stir fry w/ tomatoes and mushroom.
I didn't really eat much. The pill definitely curbs your appetite. I wasn't really hungry but I knew I should at least eat a little something.
Feeling good and drinking lots of water!
Dinner: Korean BBQ
Breakfast: Bean & Cheese Burrito
Lunch: Rice, Beef stir fry w/ tomatoes and mushroom.

Apidexin Day 1
I decided to get my ass in gear back into shape and I needed something to help me kick start it. I started looking into different diet pills, like alli, quick trim, clinicallix and others. After reading consumer reviews I finally decided on Apidexin.
I've taken Metabolife in the past during HS. First month was go, but after that I ad to stop cause I got really Jittery.So I'm gonna be very cautious when taking this diet pill.
Today will be Day 1. Instructions says to take it twice a day 30 min before breakfast and lunch. Today I will only take one 30 min before lunch to see the reaction my body will have to the pill and I will work from there. I will also start watching my food intake and do at least 30 min to and hr of exercise a day.
Wish me luck and I will definitely be posting updates on my status throughout the week.

Just took my first Apidexin pill at 12:35 p.m. I'm feeling good. Just wondering if I might be psyching myself out since I've taken diet pills before. You know when someone says I feel like a bug was on me and then you start feeling itchy because someone else says they feel itchy. I'm worried that because I've had the shakes before I'm anticipating it and might be imagining it but really I'm not, hahah. I guess we'll see. All the consumers say to drink plenty of water to avoid that feeling. So drinking lots of water I shall do!
Lunch: Rice, 2 pcs of short ribs, 5 shrimps
Got a burst of energy after lunch. Wasn't jitters but I felt like I wanted to do 10 things at a time, hahah. But my brain wasn't catching up so quickly.
