I haven't had much focus on my health as I have in the past. I still do go to dance classes every so often, but eating habits needs to be managed more.
Since giving up Fried Foods and Sweets for Lent, have been a little struggle, its made me realize how tough I really am. And that even though I get cravings, I'm able to stop myself. So I hope this strength will continue even after lent.
