1st Tabata Workout
Man O Man am I sore!

Labor Day Weekend
So I ended up getting sick on Thursday and was unable to make it to SB with the girls and guys. I was a bit sad cause I knew I was totally missing out but I knew I had to stay at home and rest. And I sure did. I pretty much slept most of the weekend. I stayed in bed all day Saturday, feeling blah. Didn't really have an appetite cause of the stupid headaches. So I actually just had cereal in the morning and then around 4 I got really hungry and at a Pastrami sandwhich. Not the best but I figured it was ok since I basically didn't eat at all.
Sunday I started to feel better. Was able to do some laundry and then waited for Max and Tin to get to my house to go to Ade, Alex, and Darryl's B-day bash at Rush. I'm glad I got to get out of the house. Rush was fun. It was an LMU reunion! Great to see everyone there, especially the girls!
Monday I received a surprise visit from Rocco. He came to visit me and finally set up the Playstation that he bought me awhile back. I wanted to also get a DVR so I can finally get rid of my (what he calls old) VCR/DVD Player. So we went to Best Buy had lunch at Yard House. We both got the Grilled Cheese and Tomato Bisque yumm and got to see District 9! It was a great movie. Afterwards we went home and setup everything in my room. Thanks for upgrading me to the modern world babe! After he left I knocked out early, it was a lil before 8, hhahah.
Today is going to be a great day! Its going to be my first workout with Marc and Marilyn. In my motivation to work out, Marilyn has graciously decided to work out with me every Tuesdays with the Help of Marc's awesome workouts that he has so sweetly prepared for us. I'm so excited!
Breakfast: Special K Cereal
Snack: Special K Bar
Lunch: Rice, Shrimp, Tofu, Veggies
Snack: Special K Cereal
Dinner: Fruit n Walnut Salad, Brown Rice, Meat and Bok Choy
Exercise: Triple M Workout

Day 1 and SICK!
I've been trying so hard to not get sick and here I am with my head and nose feeling so stuffed up. I seriously wish I was home right now and not at work. I just want to lay my head down on the table and close my eyes.
So Fridays will be my weigh in days and to see my progress.

STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN
So...I've definitely lost track of my goal over the summer. And its time to get my butt back into gear!
I have a new goal for these next few months til the New Year soon approaches. Yes! time will definitely fly by!
Starting from today I will be posting my weight information, inches, maybe even a picture to keep track of my weight loss every few days. I need to keep myself motivated and on track. And I have to remember even if I do get off track I need to just jump right back on.
I've got a lot of people around that helps motivate me and I'm looking forward to the journey these next few months will bring! =)
