I'm a little behind for my weekly goal. My goal for every week was to lose about 2 lbs. I'm suppose to be at 225 right now, but I am off by 3 lbs cause I didn't get to work out when I was sick. Hopefully I'll be able to catch up this weekend and get back on track! But still doing good.

Exercise: Arm Exercises w/ Weights and Almansor
